We're gearing up for a busy summer and an even busier 2021. We're now hiring for the following 25 (yes, twenty five!) positions:

• Full time Community Outreach Manager
  The full-time Community Outreach Manger will help to expand our mission of Tree Equity to Boston by bringing our programs to under-resourced and under-canopied neighborhoods of Boston. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director, interns, and volunteers to implement programs throughout the city.
  
  
• Program Coordinator for our summer Teen Urban Tree Corps program
  The TUTC Program Coordinator will have primary responsibility of managing the TUTC program. For approximately 25 hours per week, the Program Coordinator will supervise TUTC youth in the field or at events. An additional 5-10 hours per week will be spent assisting SFTT staff program development, curriculum planning, program evaluation, and/ or networking opportunities.
  
  
• 2-3 Team Leaders for our summer Teen Urban Tree Corps program
  TUTC Team Leader will supervise the TUTC participants. For approximately 20 hours per week, the Team Leader will work with and oversee a 4-5 person group of teens. An additional 5-10 hours per week will be spent assisting the Program Coordinator
  
  
• 20 teens for our Teen Urban Tree Corps program
  We're seeking 20 teens for our 6-week program that provides workforce development opportunities for Boston youth. Through various trips and activities, teens will gain skills in urban forestry and learn about the importance of urban trees and how to plant, care for, and advocate for trees. Teens will also make connections in the world of urban forestry. As a final project, teens will develop a tree planting plan in their community based on what they learned in the program. 25 hours per week at $13.50 / hour.
