Thank you to everyone who came to our tree giveaways and our tree planting! We are so grateful for having been able to find new homes for 145 trees in residents yards and 5 trees at the Mattapan Teen Center as part of Deatrich Wise's annual block party.
We are excited to welcome Victoria Frothingham as our Development Manager. Victoria has made her career in the nonprofit sector in Boston, working in a range of positions from ESOL Teacher, to Volunteer Coordinator, to Associate Director of Grant Programs in human services and education organizations.
Join us for our final tree event of the season! With a generous Arbor Day grant from TD Bank, we are planting 40 trees at Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park on Saturday, November 6th from 9 am to 2 pm. No previous experience or tools necessary.
We are excited to continue to grow and expand, and now we have the opportunity to branch out to a new office (just across the hall from our current office!) Come visit us at the Fields Corner Business Lab in Dorchester.
