What We're Doing in May

The Memory Tree Project

Honor a loved one by watering a street tree in their memory! If you are a resident of Roslindale you can participate in The Memory Tree Project by purchasing a tag with your name and the name of your loved one printed on it. You can choose a yellow tag to indicate the individual died of COVID-19. The tags are $5, with proceeds going to Speak for the Trees Boston, but are free to anyone who is unable to pay.  If you would like a tag, or more information about the project, email [email protected]

Calling All Mattapan Residents
Survey and Tree Giveaway

We are looking to learn from Mattapan residents about their knowledge of and feeling towards trees. Please consider taking our survey to help us learn more about how to make trees accessible.

The survey is available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, and all participants have the option to enter a giveaway to win one of ten $20 gift cards.

We're also planning a tree giveaway event for Saturday, June 5th. Stay tuned for further details.
