Community Tree Manager

The Community Tree Manager will lead Tree Boston’s tree planting and tree care programs, including:

• Community tree plantings
• Private tree plantings
• Tree stewardship, watering, and pruning programs

This person will work closely with organizational staff to support programming and training related to urban forestry, tree plantings, tree care, and community education and engagement. The CTM reports to the Director of Programs and manages a 3-4 person Tree Team. Read more and apply here.

MassCEC Internships

Summer 2026 internships are currently closed. We will begin our fall interview process for interns in July or August.

Every spring, summer, and fall semester we seek 2-3 interns to work closely with staff to care for trees, write newsletters, blog posts, and social media, assist with event coordination, and do research, outreach, and other activities as needed.
