Whether you’re looking to add shade, beauty, or ecological benefits to your property, our knowledgeable team will be available to help you select the perfect tree for your needs, you’ll also receive guidance on proper planting techniques and tree care. Mattapan is listed as an EJ (environmental justice) community, where tree canopy coverage is at an inequitable level in comparison to other areas in Boston.  At Speak for the Trees, we work at the intersection of environmental justice, racial and social equity, public health, and climate change to advocate for a healthy and equitable urban forest in all Boston neighborhoods.
